Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location: within Lagos, expect 1-5 business days; outside Lagos, 3-7 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions.

Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the item may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns Policy

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Perishable goods, custom-made items, and digital products are not eligible for return.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping Costs for Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
